1995 Cedar Valley Staff Patch
| Description: Individuals would
sometimes serve on our camp staff who had gone away to college and could not be
part of a regular scout unit. A provisional unit was organized for the camp
staff so that these persons were properly registered with scouting. In 1995 staffer A.J.Atwood had a special staff shoulder patch produced (to be worn on a uniform like a traditional troop office patch). Unfortunately, in the process of having the patch made, EVERYONE failed to notice a typo had been made with the word "CEDAR" misspelled as "CEDER". This particular patch was only available in 1995. |
