| Description: This insignia was available to all scouts
attending the Mississippi District Spring Camporee in 1976. Because
the patch makes reference the "OA" the Blue Book and some
who collect Order of the Arrow patches will consider this to also be
a chapter issued patch. The Blue Book should reference
this as the chapter x1976 issue. |
